Rheumatology

Rheumatologic rehabilitation is a specialized form of therapy that aims to improve the function and quality of people's life with rheumatologic diseases, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other autoimmune diseases affecting the joints, muscles, and connective tissues.

The rehabilitation process begins with a detailed evaluation of the patient's condition, which may include physical examinations and functional assessments. Based on the results of the analysis, an individualized rehabilitation program is developed, which may include a variety of therapeutic interventions.

Interventions may be compensatory or restorative, with the development of dedicated braces and adapted assistive devices, and maintenance of present resources.
